HOSPITEX DIAGNOSTICS simplifies and automates laboratory processes used in all phases of the battle against disease. Our products consist of instruments, chemistries, software and supplies that meet a variety of biomedical laboratory needs. Our products are used in a range of applications, from lab solutions in hospitals to physicians' offices.

We compete in a market segment that we estimate approximately $47 billion in annual worldwide revenue. We currently have products that address approximately 10% of that market. We market our products in more than 70 countries.

Our lines include basic blood tests routinely performed in medium-small laboratories and tests for analytical counters. We have more than 20,000 systems operating around the world. Our instruments are provided to customers through a capillary distributor network and representative branch offices.
