We are a leading specialty pharmaceutical company currently focused on the women's healthcare and dermatology segments of the U.S. pharmaceutical market. We are a fully integrated company with internal resources dedicated to the development, manufacturing and promotion of our products. We have assembled a diversified portfolio of branded products through a combination of acquisitions, internal development and in-licensing arrangements. Multiple products make up our existing revenue base and several products provide the opportunities for future growth.

Our internal product development efforts focus on new products as well as improvements to our existing women's healthcare and dermatology products. We often perform our own formulation work, which is conducted in-house by our talented colleagues in Larne, Northern Ireland. Our Fajardo, Puerto Rico facility can produce pilot quantities of product for clinical trials as well as scale up for commercial production. Our clinical development team designs and manages the clinical trial process. Our internal product development efforts are supported by our regulatory team, which has an impressive track record of effectively navigating the regulatory approval process. With the support of each one of these teams, we continue to work to develop new and next generation products. These internal development capabilities enable us to effectively and efficiently manage our investment in product research and development.

In addition to our internal product development efforts, we have selectively pursued strategic product in-licensing and acquisition opportunities that have enabled us to add new products to our portfolio, such as our relationship with LEO Pharma.

We have two manufacturing facilities, one in Fajardo, Puerto Rico and the other in Larne, Northern Ireland. Our Fajardo facility currently manufactures the majority of the women's healthcare products that we promote. These facilities give us a "speed to market" advantage and enable us to maintain a reliable source of supply.
