美国Thermo Fisher Seradyn
Thermo Scientific Seradyn particles are used as raw materials for nucleic acid isolation, proteomics, lateral flow, cell separation, DNA/RNA isolation, sample preparation, clinical diagnostic and molecular biology applications. Our particle types include magnetic, fluorescent, polystyene and carboxylate-modified. All have various surface coatings.
Utilizing our world-leading microparticle technology, we also develop a wide-range of particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassays for therapeutic drug management (TDM) in the areas of asthma therapy, cardiology, epilepsy and pain management, infection and organ transplantation. The particle-enhanced immunoassays utilize our proprietary Quantitative Microparticle System (QMS) technology yielding reagents of un-paralleled quality and reliability. Key properties of QMS reagents are: Liquid-stable, ready-to-use, are applicable to all general chemistry analyzers, have enhanced sensitivity and wide assay range. In addition, we further enhance our value to partners by supplying monoclonal antibodies and recombinant antigens.
When the merger between Fisher Scientific and Thermo Electron occurred in November 2006, Seradyn, Inc. became a subsidiary of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO) is the world leader in serving science, enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. With annual sales of more than $9 billion, we employ 30,000 people and serve over 350,000 customers within pharmaceutical and biotech companies, hospitals and clinical diagnostic labs, universities, research institutions, government agencies as well as environmental and industrial process control settings.
