纽约证券交易所（英语：New York Stock Exchange，英文缩写：NYSE，有时简称纽约证交所）是世界上第二大证券交易所。它曾是最大的交易所，直到1996年它的交易量被纳斯达克超过[1]。2005年4月末，纽约证交所收购全电子证券交易所（Archipelago），成为一个盈利性机构。纽约证交所的总部位于美国纽约州纽约市百老汇大街18号，在华尔街的转弯处南侧。2006年6月1日，纽约证券交易所宣布与泛欧股票交易所（Euronext）合并组成“NYSE Euronext”。

纽约证券交易所有大约2,800间公司在此上市，全球市值15万亿美元。至2004年7月，三十间处于道琼斯工业平均指数中的公司除了英特尔和微软之外都在纽约证交所上市。

The NYSE is operated by  (NYSE: ), which was formed by the NYSE's 2007 merger with the fully electronic stock exchange . The NYSE  is located at 11 Wall Street and is composed of four rooms used for the facilitation of trading. A fifth trading room, located at 30 , was closed in February 2007. The main building, located at 18 Broad Street, between the corners of Wall Street and Exchange Place, was designated a  in 1978, as was the 11 Wall Street building.
