The company designs, manufacturers and distributes a wide range of intraocular lens (IOL) implants and lens injection systems, and has an established reputation for rapid prototype design and development, and high quality/low cost manufacturing.

Founded in 1992, Lenstec currently has offices in Florida and the United Kingdom, and a newly constructed 30,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Barbados, designed by Lenstec to exceed all medical device standards.

Our proprietary lens manufacturing technologies enable the company to produce premium lenses with reduced variability and improved surgical predictability. In addition, most of the micro-precision lathes, mills, polishing equipment, silicone molds, processing equipment and processes are designed and built in-house by Lenstec’s engineering staff.
