Part 25 (Regulations to Support Anti-terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies).

The QS-B220 has been granted ?Development Testing & Evaluation Designation? as a Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security pursuant to 6 U.S.C. ? 441-444 (the Support Anti-terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002, or ?SAFETY Act?) and 6 C.F.R. ? 25.4(f) (2006) (Regulations implementing the SAFETY Act).
