浙江华海药业股份有限公司创立于1989年，是一家集医药制剂和原料药为一体的制药企业，2003年在上交所上市。目前，公司注册资本5.4亿元，总资产24.7亿元，占地面积120多万平方米，并在美国、上海、江苏、杭州等地设有11家分(子)公司，共有员工3800多人。
