美国Hansen Medical
Hansen Medical, Inc.成立于2002年,总部位于美国加州,是一家医疗用导管机器人科技公司,公司推出的医疗导管机器人「Sensei」,可协助医生精确地将线管插入心脏正确位置。
Hansen Medical, a global leader in flexible robotics, was born from the vision of creating a new generation of advanced medical robotics- a generation that would empower and protect physicians while providing enhanced care for patients. The Sensei® Robotic Catheter System and Artisan® Control Catheter used in electrophysiology procedures were the first realization of this vision. The Magellan™ Robotic System and NorthStar™ Robotic Catheter are the next generation of flexible robotics technology designed for peripheral vascular interventions.
We believe that our new Magellan Robotic System has the potential to simplify and enhance catheter navigation and therapeutic interventions for peripheral vascular diseasea. The Magellan Robotic System, used in combination with the NorthStar Robotic Catheter, will have the potential to enable physicians to cannulate target lesions through robotic control of the distal tips of sheath and leader catheters and through robotic control of guidewires. The NorthStar Robotic Catheter is not yet CE marked. The Magellan Robotic System & NorthStar Robotic Catheter are pending regulatory clearance and not yet available in the US.
We believe that our Sensei X Robotic Catheter System for electrophysiology procedures overcomes the limitations of manual technique by facilitating accurate positioning, manipulation, and stable control of catheter and catheter-based technologies during electrophysiology (EP) procedures. The System provides navigation of flexible catheters, resulting in enhanced access, stability, and control in complex interventional procedures. One key is our proprietary Instinctive Motion™ technology that accurately and responsively translates the physician’s hand movements at the motion controller to the robotically controlled steerable catheter in the patient’s anatomy.
At Hansen Medical, we are passionate about creating robotic solutions that provide physicians with a better suite of tools for their procedural and therapeutic success. We believe that better tools will impact outcomes and patient care.
