　 China National Accord Medicines Corporation., Ltd (short as Sinopharm Accord) is a comprehensive pharmaceutical publicly listed company (A Share: 000028, B Share: 200028) with four businesses—medicine distribution, pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical logistic. Our subordinate enterprises are distributed in Guangdong and Guangxi. Up to the end of 2007, the total asset of Sinopharm Accord amounts to 2,900,000,000 yuan and the annual sale exceeds 8,000,000,000 yuan.
