凤凰医疗集团是中国最大的民营医院集团，集团的成员医疗机构均坐落于北京，涵盖大型综合医院和社区医疗机构，其中有以控股投资拥有的北京市健宫医院，和以IOT模式（投入－运营－移交）管理的北京燕化医院、北京市门头沟区医院、北京京煤集团总医院以及北京市门头沟区中医医院；此外，集团的成员医疗机构还包括7家一级医院和28家社区医疗机构，形成了从社区卫生、基本预防保健、重症诊疗等服务为一体的综合医疗服务体系。截至2013年6月30日，合计开放床位达3213张。
作为中国公立医院改革的先驱，凤凰医疗集团积累了丰富的公立医院改革经验和医院集团化管理经验。在成员医疗机构中，北京市健宫医院是北京市首家改制的国有企业医院；北京燕化医院是北京市首家改制的三级综合医院；北京市门头沟区医院是北京市首家以政府购买服务的形式引入社会资本参与管理的政府办公立医院。

Phoenix Healthcare Group is the largest private hospital group in China. All of our in-network healthcare institutions, comprising large-scale general hospitals and community clinics, are located in Beijing. We own the majority equity interest in Jian Gong Hospital and manage the following hospitals under the IOT (“invest-operate-transfer”) model: Yan Hua Hospital, Mentougou Hospital, Jing Mei Hospital and Mentougou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as well as seven Grade I hospitals and 28 community clinics. They altogether provide a full sprectum of general healthcare services from community healthcare services, preventive care to acute care. As of June 30, 2013, we had a total of 3,213 beds in operation.
As an early entrant to China’s public hospital reform, we have accumulated extensive experience in public hospital reform and management skills. Among our in-network hospitals, Jian Gong Hospital was the first privatization of SOE-owned hospital in Beijing. Yan Hau Hospital was the first Grade III general hospital undertaken reform in Beijing. Mentougou Hospital was the first government-owned hospital in Beijing to outsource its management to us through a public-private partnership.
