北京德海尔医疗技术有限公司创立于2003年，是一家致力于医疗设备研发、生产、销售和服务的中外合资高新技术企业，产品涵盖医疗设备、家用医疗、技术服务产品三大领域，公司已先后成为澳大利亚瑞思迈（Resmed）、法国康强（Kontron）、意大利IMD、日本JMS、英国泰美科（Timesco）、德国禾珥（HEYER）、美国伟伦（Welch Allyn）等多家公司在中国的重要代理以及服务机构。公司分别于2003年、2007年成功引进国际风险投资，并于2010年4月在美国纳斯达克（NASDAQ）资本市场IPO上市，交易代码DHRM。

目前公司已设立了二十余个联络处，业务面覆盖全国32个省、市、自治区，与国内上千家分销公司和医疗机构建立了长期稳定的合作关系，是国内最大的医疗设备制造商、营销、维修服务商之一。

公司在北京拥有近千平米的管理中心，按照产品类别，由十一个产品事业部管理各类产品的市场及销售；同时公司斥资千万元，在中关村高科技园建立了研发生产、售后服务和培训基地，并按照国际惯例ISO13485标准，建立了质量管理体系。

公司营销及技术服务已经覆盖全国各个省市并开始向国际拓展。公司的主要产品，如C形臂X射线机、麻醉机、喉镜、注射泵、输液泵、监护仪、制氧机、家用呼吸机、鼻炎治疗仪、空压机等都占有一定市场份额。自2006年起，公司开始着重开发家用呼吸及氧疗产品，通过技术上的创新和整合，我们力求提供新型高质产品，为患有睡眠呼吸障碍的人群以及老年人群体提供优质生活。

Dehaier develops, assembles and markets respiratory and oxygen homecare products and other medical devices in China. We offer a broad range of more than 30 products that can be used in the surgery room, patient room and at home, and we also provide technical service products to manufacturers and distributors.

Since 2006, we have placed a significant emphasis on the respiratory and oxygen homecare products. Through the integration of technology, customer input and employee creativity, we seek to provide innovative, high quality and affordable products that improve the lives of people with sleep and respiratory disorders.

We have a team of about 150 people and own a distribution network with 26 offices across China. We are maintaining stable long-term cooperation relationship with over 2,000 distributors and 3,000 hospitals. We are an important distribution agent and service provider of IMD, Timesco, JMS, ResMed, HEYER, Welch Allyn, Penlon,etc.

We are looking for partners that wish to expand their business or product portfolios in China.

Dehaier Medical Systems Ltd. is based in the British Virgin Islands, and has a subsidiary in Hong Kong, and owns a majority stake in Beijing Dehaier Medical Technology Co., Ltd. which was based in China.Dehaier raised A round Venture Capital in 2003 and Bround in 2007. Dehaier Medical Systems Ltd. went IPO in US and was listed in NASDAQ Capital Market (Symbol: DHRM ) since April 22, 2010.
