强生Johnson & Johnson Cordis公司1956年成立于美国佛罗里达州迈阿密， 是一家从事循环系统疾病诊断治疗的专业公司。 它于1996年正式并入美国强生公司。Cordis公司始终作为介入医生亲密而忠实的合作伙伴，一直致力于研究、开发包括心血管、电生理、周围血管及神经等在内的介入诊疗产品系列，为广大医师和患者提供整体化的循环系统疾病的诊疗方案。

1966年 第一个引入Judkins导管，其形状成为行业标准；

1990年 第一个引入运用尼龙球囊的冠状动脉球囊成形术，这一材料成为行业标准；
2001年 第一个推出带有肝素抗凝血药物的Bx-Velocity支架；
2002年 第一个推出药物涂层支架Cypher(心扉)支架，并首个获得美国FDA，CE Mark和SFDA的认证。
