必维国际检验集团成立于1828年，宗旨是“公正地寻求并传递真理”。“真理”的寓言故事形象——一位出现在井边的女性——被选为公司标识。

必维国际检验集团的标志是一个年青女性坐在井边，双臂举起的图案。她右手握着一把火炬，左手拿着一面镜子。在她的左脚下是一个地球。

地上摆着一个天平、墨丘利神的手杖和一只公鸡，它抬着头望着这位女性。在地平线上有一艘三桅船，正在迎着风向海湾驶去。

1990年，在保留了原标识象征意义的基础上，重新以印章风格绘制了新的标识。
