We are an international specialist healthcare company, developing and commercialising products targeting critical care, cancer and other disorders.

Our mission is to bring to market medical products that meet the needs of specialist physicians and their patients, and in doing so to build a sustainable, profitable business that delivers superior returns to our shareholders.

Through our US commercial operations we market and sell two specialty pharmaceuticals, CroFab® (crotalidae polyvalent immune fab (ovine)), our Crotalid snake bite antivenom, and DigiFab® (digoxin immune fab (ovine)), our antidote for digoxin overdose.

In 2011, we completed the acquisition of Biocompatibles International plc. This has expanded our commercial business with the addition of approved interventional oncology products, and has broadened our pipeline of internal development programmes.

We’re looking to grow our business and are seeking to acquire new products to develop and market to specialist healthcare physicians in the US.
