美国海德能公司（Hydranautics）创立于1963年,总部位于美国加利福尼亚州的Oceanside市,拥有15 000平方米的研发和生产基地.自1970年开始步入反渗透水处理领域以来,一贯坚持追求先进的制膜技术,最高的产品质量和完善的售后服务,逐步成为世界反渗透和纳滤膜组件的最大供应商之一.1987年,美国海德能公司正式加入日本日东电工集团(NITTO DENKO CORPORATION),成为日东电工集团在美国的全资子公司之一.

Hydranautics became part of the Nitto Denko Corporation when it was acquired in 1987. Hydranautics corporate headquarters is located in the city of Oceanside, California in a 160,000 ft2 (1600 m2) manufacturing facility residing on 14 acres, all owned by Hydranautics.
