Formerly known as the Guangzhou Baiyun Biochem Science Co., Ltd , the Biochem Group was founded in 1993 in Guangzhou, China and moved into the Kuntai International Plaza in Chaoyang District, Beijing. After a successful development of more than 10 years the Biochem Group has grown into a comprehensive enterprise group, active in R&D, manufacturing and sales of medical and life science instruments, consumables and medicine. Its business also extends to education, investment and consultancy in medical field. Within the group three distinctive sub brands have been taking a strong hold each into the Chinese market in diagnostic, healthcare and life-science instruments. The Biochem Group has now been widely recognized as a forerunner in the market with its extensive marketing and service network in China.

Years of development, the Biochem Group has grasped the unique market model in operation, and has formed a professional development team.
