上海棱光技术有限公司是由上海分析仪器总厂研究所一部分改制而成的高科技开发型公司，是以研发、生产光学仪器、分析仪器、医疗生化仪器及计算机应用系统为主体产品，并提供咨询和服务的高新技术企业，有近半个世纪研制光谱及其他分析仪器的历史，技术人员的比例高达70%。
