The company is founded as a sign factory

The company name is changed to Trautwein GmbH & Co www.trautwein.com

Production start for forgery and copy-resistant self-adhesive products for interior and exterior applications

1995

Trautwein Security GmbH & Co is founded as a specialty print shop for security products

1996

Introduction of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:1994

Invention and production of self-adhesive document seals for document applications

1999

Production start of protective laminates for personalised documents

2003

QMS conversion from ISO 9001:2000 to DIN EN 9001-2000

RFID production start

KBA certification as a supplier for "Certificate of Acceptance Part 1"
