荷兰Solenne B.V.PCBM富勒烯衍生物试剂
Solenne produces and sells fullerene derivatives used in organic electronics applications. Developers use our fullerene derivatives as the n-type or ambipolar semiconductor in various devices, including organic photovoltaics, photodetectors and transistors. We also support developers in designing and synthesizing new fullerene derivatives suited to a particular application.
Solenne was co-founded by Prof. J.C. (Kees) Hummelen, who serves as Chief Science Officer. Prof. Hummelen, working with various collaborators, invented [60]PCBM, [70]PCBM, [84]PCBM and other fullerene derivatives. This work began in 1994 with the design and synthesis of [60]PCBM with Prof. Fred Wudl at The University of California at Santa Barbara. Since that time he has carried out an active research program on fullerene derivatives and fullerene-based organic eletronics devices in collaboration with other leading researchers in the field. He is currently also Professor of Organic Chemistry at the Stratingh Institute of The University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
Solenne is a private B.V. company founded in 2005. Company headquarters and production facilities are in Groningen, The Netherlands.
