1979 EG&G PARC 是美国第一家在在中国设立办事处的公司。
1985 EG&G PARC分为电化学设备集团和科学设备集团。
2000 EG&G PARC收购PerkinElmer公司并更名为PerkinElmer，同时成为全球第一家能提供完整的电化学产品线的制造商。
2002 阿美特克集团收购PerkinElmer，并以Princeton Applied Research作为其电化学产品的商标
