The Aquatec Group comprises three privately owned companies, operating from our headquarters in picturesque Hartley Wintney UK, an ancient coaching stop on the route from Southampton to London.
The Aquatec Group was founded in 1990 (formerly Aquatec Electronics) to provide a specialist electronics design and manufacturing capability to the marine and offshore industry. The group provides an extensive range of oceonographic instruments, and provides services for many industrial sectors.

The Aquatec Group serves all marine markets, both in the UK and overseas, ranging from oceanographic instrumentation, through oil and gas, and defence sectors, to fisheries and environmental monitoring.

Expertise

The Group employs a dynamic and highly qualified engineering staff, with extensive expertise in the marine and offshore field. Specialist knowledge encompasses sonar, acoustics, digital signal processing, optical and magnetic measurement, data acquisition techniques, and low power electronics design. In addition to this the group has ongoing involvement with Marine Mammal research agencies.
