Phase Holographic Imaging AB, was founded 2004 with Peter Egelberg as major owner and CEO in cooperation with Lumitec AB and the scientist team behind the research project. As of summer 2009, ownership of the company is split between Neural AB, Teknoseed, Lumitec AB, Fåhraeus Technology AB and some of the scientists and employees.

Phase Holographic Imaging AB is currently taking the next step in the development and commercialization of the HoloMonitor™ product. The company headquarter and laboratory is located in Lund, and has research labs in both Lund and Malmö.
