Ophir Optronics is headquartered in Jerusalem in a 112,000 sq.ft. Company-owned complex, which includes the Group's main production plant. Ophir has production plants in Massachusetts and Utah in the US and sales offices in the US, Japan and Europe.

Since 1991, Ophir Optronics Ltd. has been publicly traded in the Tel-Aviv stock exchange.

Laser Measurement Group

Established in 1978, the Laser Measurement Group provides a complete line of instrumentation including power and energy meters, beam profilers and spectrum analyzers.

Wholly-focused on laser measurement, the group's modular, customizable solutions serve manufacturing, medical, military, and research industries throughout the world.

In January 2006, Ophir acquired Spiricon Inc., a US-based world leader in the Laser Beam Profile market with sister company, Spiricon GmbH in Germany, and is now the world's largest manufacturer in this sector.

Optics Group

Ophir's Optics Group encompasses the world's most advanced technologies for the manufacturing of Infrared optics elements including: spherical, aspherical and diffracted optical components, mirrors, metallic optics and windows. These products are used in electro – optical systems – military, homeland security, commercial and industrial applications, ranging from Night Vision equipment to industrial metal processing.

Ophir has expanded its optical and mechanical design department to offer a wide variety of complete, unique and highly effective lens assemblies and broadened its product lines to include the design and manufacturing of optical elements for CO2 high power lasers used in industry for laser cutting and welding machines.

Optimet - Optical Metrology Ltd.

A member of Ophir Optronics group - develops, manufactures and supplies sophisticated Non-Contact measurement sensors and solutions with up to sub-micron precision, for distance 2-D & 3-D measurements.

Based on conoscopic holography, Optimet products offer measurement solutions for an extensive range of markets, among which are the Automotive and Aerospace, Steel, Micro-Electronics, LCD in-process inspection and Dental CAD/CAM.
